User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms under which you are allowed to use www.rootsupport.co.in and related services (“Site”) operated by Root Support Pvt Ltd (“Root Support,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Overview

The Site enables interaction between clients, partners, contractors, and service providers for BPO, customer support, data processing, consulting, and related services.

2. Relationship Between Users

2.1 Platform Role

Root Support provides a platform environment but does not act as employer, agent, or partner unless a separate written contract exists.

2.2 Independent Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for services they provide or receive. Root Support does not control quality, legality, or performance of third-party services.

2.3 User Verification

We may conduct identity verification or compliance checks when required, but cannot guarantee accuracy of user-provided information.

3. Relationship with Root Support

No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Site License

We grant a limited, non-transferable license to use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You may not:

• Copy or distribute Site content
• Reverse engineer systems
• Use the Site to compete with Root Support
• Resell Site materials

5. User Content

You are responsible for content you upload. You grant Root Support a worldwide license to use it for operations and platform improvement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots or scraping tools
• Uploading malware
• Unauthorized system access
• Sending spam
• Collecting personal data without consent

7. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party tools or websites linked through the Site.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Root Support is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Root Support from claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, false information, legal risk, or compliance reasons.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: Laws of India
Jurisdiction: Courts in Karnataka, India

13. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

14. Miscellaneous

• Agreement cannot be assigned without consent
• If one provision is invalid, others remain valid
• Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver

User: Anyone accessing the Site
Services: BPO and outsourcing services
User Content: Information submitted by Users
